We, Mundus Metaverse Ltd (“Tabi,” “we”, “us”, or “our”), have prepared this Privacy Policy to describe our practices regarding the Personal Data (as defined below) we collect, use, and share in connection with the website, application, and other software provided in connection with our services (collectively, the “Service”).

You wallet address will be associated with Personal Data when you use our Service. The information collected above will be used mainly for enabling you to join in our community and to use our Services. You can always disconnect your accounts with us or choose whether to make your account connections public.
• If you provide us with feedback or contact us, we will collect your name and contact information, as well as any other content included in the message. The information collected above will be mainly used for contact purpose.
• We may also collect Personal Data at other points in our Service where you voluntarily provide it or where we state that Personal Data is being collected. The purpose will be illustrated by our notices accompanying the related data collection.

1.2 Information Collected via Technology.

We may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your interactive preferences, actions and on-chain transaction activity, including:

• Transaction data. When you connect your wallet address with our Service, our technology will automatically collect the data related to your on-chain transaction(s) (information regarding purchases, sales, or transfers of NFTs). The information collected will be used mainly for enabling you to use our Services.
• Interactive data. We gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes IP addresses, browser type, Internet service provider (“ISP”), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamps, and clickstream data. We may use Cookies to analyze how users interact with our Service. We use these information to administer the Service functions and to provide users with a more personalized experience.

1.2 Information Collected from Third-Party Game Developers.

We may receive Personal Data about you from game developers that is in cooperation with us or whose products and/or services is linked with our Service. The data will be shared via API and will be information collected when you use the services with the game developers, including in-game data and platform statistics. We may add this to the data we have already collected from or about you through our Service. We use this information to enable you to use our Service and for marketing purposes.

1.2 Information collected through other third party websites or applications.

We may receive Personal Data about you from other third party websites or applications. The data will be shared via API from the third party websites or applications permitting the data sharing and only be accessed and collected when you give us your authorisations to retrieve your personal data from the respective third party websites or applications. We use this data to enable you to use certain functionalities on our Service.

2. Use of Your Personal Data

We process your Personal Data to provide the Service, personalize your experience on the Service, and improve the Service. Specifically, we use your Personal Data to:

• provide you with our Service.
• contact you, provide customer support and respond to your requests and inquiries.

• send you notifications related to actions on the Service.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites and applications, including without limitation, https://metamask.io/download/, https://etherscan.io/, https://opensea.io/, game developers’ websites and social media handles (Twitter, Gitbook, Discord, Telegram). When you click on a link to any other website or application, you will leave our Service and go to another site or application, and another entity may collect Personal Data from you. We have no control over, do not review, and cannot be responsible for these third-party websites, applications, or their content. Please be aware that the terms of this Privacy Policy do not apply to these third-party websites, applications, or their content, or to any collection of your Personal Data after you click on links to such third-party websites or applications. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of every website and application you visit. Any links to third-party websites or locations are for your convenience and do not signify our endorsement of such third parties or their products, content, or websites. Your interactions with any third-party wallet provider are governed by the applicable service terms and privacy policy of that third party.

6. Data Access and Control

You can view, access, edit, or delete your Personal Data of the Service by accessing, editing or deleting the information (related to your username and profile photo) by yourself on our website or application, or by contacting us via email (Contact@tabi.lol) if you wish to delete your account, remove your wallet address or exercise your other rights under the GDPR, CCPA, or other applicable data protection or privacy laws. The email shall specify your request and reference the applicable law. We may ask you to verify your identity or ask for more information about your request. We will consider and act upon any above request in accordance with applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not operated or controlled by TabiZoo. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party sites and encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.

Our Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information.

9. Google User Data

• Access: To access Google user data, our application uses Google APIs (Application Programming Interfaces)
• Use: The Google APIs allow us to securely retrieve specific data, such as the number of published videos and the number of subscribers of its user. The retrieved data is used for enabling our users to use certain functionalities on our Service, such as authentication and unlocking “Content Creator Achievement Pins”. We ensure our access and use of Google user data is limited to the necessary scopes required for these functionalities, and the interaction will be in compliance with Google's API terms of service.
• Store: We store Google user data securely, implementing industry-standard measures to safeguard confidentiality and integrity of the data throughout the process.
• Share: We do not share Google user data with any third parties and the retrieved data is only applicable to our internal access and use as illustrated above.

10. Minors

We do not intentionally gather Personal Data from visitors who are under the age of 13. Our Service require all users to be at least 18 years old. Minors who are at least 13 years old but are under 18 years old may use a parent or guardian’s account, but only with the involvement of the account holder. If a child under 13 submits Personal Data to us and we learn that the Personal Data is the information of a child under 13, we will attempt to delete the information as soon as possible.
